It was foggy on my way to work this morning. It occurred to me that the gray reminded me of a winter landscape up north. At least here in sunny Sarasota we know that the sky will clear up and the sun will come out! There was a beauty in the fog this morning and I appreciated seeing other car lights pierce through the mist.

Yesterday morning when I arrived at work I saw these men waiting to tee off on the 10th hole. I asked if I could take their picture. One of the gentlemen quipped that his name was “Foggy.”
Later the ranger told me he was surprised by some golfers that he suddenly came upon in the fog. Usually the starter will watch the weather conditions and delay golf play until the fog burns off a bit.
